Co Co is about my nephew who passed away at 6 months old from a disease called SMA type 1. The song it about the last time I held him as he was passing away. We tried to mimic the sound of the chaos in the hospital room on that song. The end of the song is about how he tried to contact my family from the other side a few months after he passed. He tried to contact my sister (His mom) and tell her that he was super sorry about the way he passed away, and that he just got so tired of fighting. He told her that he tried to stay as strong as he could for the last few minutes he was here. When he passed away his heart stopped for a few minutes and then he came back and started looking around the room crying until he stopped breathing again a few minutes after. we tried to recreate that with the drums and the ghostly noise at the end with his heart beat. The lyrics on the end of this are "I was tired and couldn't hold on for that long. I was so strong for so long. I proved you all wrong." This is another one that is really hard to listen to for me.
